A 15-year-old girl and young 18-year-old woman were harassed by a 19-year-old Algerian man in Chemnitz, Germany, last week. The event took place at 8:40pm on Tuesday evening.
The man, who has been located by police after the women alerted them, tried to hug and kiss the two females. When they resisted, the man violently hit and kicked the older of the two females.
The woman, who has not been named, is in a stable condition after having her injuries treated.
