Richard Jomshof, an MP of the Sweden Democrats has warned that without a change of course, native Swedes will become a minority in their own land.
“Sweden is ours. There are six and a quarter million living Swedes, but it is also the land of the dead. Those who built it up for us from the beginning left us their works to manage and improve,” Mr Jomshof explained in parliament, from Nyheter Idag
“The result of the mass immigration and multiculturalism of recent decades is very clear. Sweden, once a safe and homogeneous country, is today increasingly characterised by division, segregation, exclusion, insecurity,” he noted, also saying:
Jomshof warned that Swedes are at real risk of becoming a minority in their own country, bashing the establishment politicians responsible. Never in history has a majority population simply handed over their land to foreigners…
“[W]e can also see how the other parties made it possible for anti-democratic, violent, and [misogynist] Islamism to grow strong even in our part of the world. The failure is monumental,” he stated.
During the speech, he also criticised the Swedish cultural and media establishment, rightfully saying they had downplayed and diminished the history of Sweden.
“We should remember that there is only one place on earth where Swedes have the right to govern themselves. There is only one place on earth where the Swedes have acquired the right to a country through this endeavour — and this country is Sweden,” he said.
Finally someone has acknowledged this, and it is a sad fact that saying things like this is ‘controversial’ in Sweden. At the same time, this is good news, because it is a subject that is finally being talked about openly after being shunned and covered up by the Swedish media and cultural establishment for so long.
This speech comes after the Sweden Democrats saw their largest victory in their history so far in voter shares, an encouraging shift. But far from enough.
While Swedes are not yet approaching minority status in the country as a whole, several municipalities such as Södertälje are already migrant-majority. This is a real phenomenon, not something abstract, it is happening, and if nothing is done soon, it will be too late to reverse.
That is why parties like AfS exist, they are not afraid to speak of these matters and touch upon others that more mainstream parties like the Sweden Democrats will not, these must be supported because they are the only way to affect real change that will save the country.
