Czech President Zeman Attacks EU Migrant Policy, Warns of Influx of Migrants

Milos Zeman

Already one of the strongest voices within the EU for the anti-immigration front, Czech president Milos Zeman has once again criticised the EU migration policy, which is significantly to blame for the vast amount of so-called refugees that have been terrorising Europe in recent years.

Zeman is quoted as saying:

“If the European Union does not reach the courage to strengthen its external borders, for which it constantly chatters but does nothing, we will have 10 million refugees from Africa in the course of several years,” in a recent interview on Czech TV channel Barrandov. “The culture of these refugees is not compatible with European culture, which is what immigrants themselves understand.”

This is the latest of many outbursts from the Czech President against the EU and its migration policies. The Czech Republic, along with Poland, Hungary, and Slovakia, a part of the Visegrad Group, a political bloc  that allows for better co-operation between its members. Recently, the members of Visegrad have been the loudest voices in the EU for an anti-immigration and populist agenda. Under pressure from the EU and associated bodies, the daring stance of the Visegrad nations is only possible because of these “woke” Europeans.

Zeman is backed up by his Prime Minister, Andrej Babis, on his anti-immigration message, with him previously saying: “Quotas are nonsense and only encourage the popularity of extremist parties in Europe.”
